The weekly top 10 gets a podium, fireworks and its own email

The weekly results now open with fireworks and a podium for the three best players of the week, each with their profile picture and player card background. The top 10 is also on the home page, in the menu and in your inbox.

Every Monday the ten players with the most points of the week get their pesos, and until today their names sat in a plain table. Not any more: the weekly results now open with fireworks over a podium, the way a champion should be greeted.

A podium for the three best

The top three stand on gold, silver and bronze steps under a night sky full of fireworks. Each of them is shown on their player card: the background they chose for the card (the Desert campfire, the Moon, the Sky lanterns, their own picture or the classic green), their profile picture, or their initials when they have none, their name and their points. The winner also wears the Campeón Semanal badge. Places four to ten follow right under the podium, each with a picture or initials, and every earlier week has its own small top three to look back on.

Your card on the podium

The podium shows the background of your player card, so the one you picked in the game is the one everybody sees when you make the top three. How to set it, and what it costs, is in the card backgrounds guide. The picture is your profile picture from the game; without one, your initials stand in gold.

The page shows your first name and the initial of your last name, never your email address or a link to your profile. If you would rather not be listed, turn off Show me in public results in the profile settings of the game: your row then stays without a name, a picture or a background. The details are in the privacy policy.

How to get on it

The week runs from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59, Belgrade time, and every public table and mini game you finish adds its points to your weekly total. Make your bids, take your tricks as a Gangster and try not to fall: the strategy guide has the bidding, the talon and the defence, and the leaderboards guide explains every ranking. The top ten win 300, 150 and 75 pesos for the podium and 25 each for places four to ten.
