A new room: everyone at one big table

The new room seats all three players around one oval table: a race to 51 at the top, big numbers, your own part of the table and sizes you set yourself. The classic room stays, and you choose.

Mexico Club has a second room. In the new room all three players sit around one big oval table, and each of you has your own part of it. The numbers are big, the race to 51 runs along the top, and you can set how large everything is. The classic room stays exactly as it was: you choose which one you play in.

One table for everybody

The table is shared, but every player sits at their own part of it, in the colour of their own table from the shop, live tables included. Everything that belongs to you lies on your part: your bid, the tricks you have taken and the gifts other players send you. The trick is played in the middle, and the medallion above it shows the bid and the trump.

The race to 51

A track at the top of the room carries a picture of each player. Their markers move towards the finish flag as the points come in, so you see at a glance who leads and how far everyone still has to go. In Mini games, which are not played to a number, the track shows the scores against the leader.

Big numbers

Points, tricks and the bid are large and easy to read. The bidder sees the tricks they still need as dots under their name, filling in one by one, and everyone sees the tricks they have taken as a number next to their points.

On a phone

On a phone the whole table fits on the screen, the two other players sit above it and your cards are fanned out below. Gifts, throws, chat and phrases work just as in the classic room.

Make the room your own

Small print, or cards too big for your screen? Under Sizes in the room in your profile settings you set four things: how big the numbers, the labels, the pictures and the cards are. You can start from Smaller, Medium or Larger and fine-tune from there, while a round plays itself behind the sliders so you see every change straight away. Your phone and your computer keep their own sizes, and both are saved to your account.

How to switch

The next time you come to the lobby, the game asks which room you want. Tap a picture and the room behind it changes at once, then choose. If you tap Not now, you stay in the classic room and we will not ask again. You can change your mind any time in your profile settings, where Compare the rooms shows both side by side.

Everything else stays as you know it: the rules, your decks, tables and backgrounds, the live cards and every gift and throw.
